Dr Sameer Patel

CEO, Partner and Co-Founder of e11even dental wellness, London and Partner at Blandy House Dental Practice, Henley on Thames.

On acquisition of e11even orthodontics 11 years ago, Sameer has played an instrumental role in metamorphosing a small two surgery, single speciality practice, into an 18-clinician multidisciplinary practice. He has, through carefully planned growth and acquisitions, grown it 600% in 9 years. He did this with many failures and would like to try and help you to avoid making the same mistakes.

His clinical ethos is all centred around minimally invasive care which he instils into his hand-picked clinicians. His leadership, motivation, and teamship culture all stems from his sporting background. Sameer has played and captained at County and Club level both home and abroad with great success, bringing these values into the dental setting.

He is known for his charity work, partnerships and annual percentage profit contributions to Smile Train, Keen, Salvation Army and dental missions to Uganda and India. His willingness to give for the greater good has been recognised amongst his fraternity peers and nationally. Sameer has appeared on Sky News, ITV and has been recommended by Tatler as “the go to Dental Surgeon in UK”.

Sir Clive Woodward

Sir Clive Woodward is the World Cup winning Head Coach who led England’s rugby players to World Cup glory in Australia in 2003. A former England International and British & Irish Lion himself, during Clive’s tenure as Head Coach England moved from 6th in the world to being the number one ranked team, winning every trophy an England team can win.

In 2006 Clive joined the British Olympic Association. As Team GB’s Director of Sport he worked in close partnership with key stakeholders in British Sport to support the national coaches and athletes at the Beijing & Vancouver Olympics as well as deliver Team GB’s most successful Olympic Games in the modern era at London 2012.

Clive is currently the Founder and Chairman of Hive Learning – an app which has digitised Clive’s coaching methods and is designed help people learn better together in business and sport and is the Director of Sport for the APEX2100 International Ski Academy which aims to become the World’s Leading High-Performance Academy for young, aspiring athletes wanting to achieve their goals in Alpine Skiing.

Hassan Khan

Hassan Khan is an elite performance coach and founder of Limitless Humans. He works with elite performers across a number of different industries. He teaches people how to be better versions of themselves and maximise their potential, all based on science. His work is focused on helping individuals and companies build their capabilities to deliver greater results.

Hassan holds an Economics degree, a Law degree, a Research Masters degree in Innovation, and a Master of Business Administration degree, and he is an alumni and graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Cambridge. In his spare time, he is a hobbyist magician, an avid reader, a keen cricket player and fan, and is writing a book about human behaviour.

Megan Maley

Currently GM of UK/Ire and Benelux for Zalando (Europe's biggest online fashion retailer), Megan spent 16 years working across Europe for Nike, after starting her career in the world of cosmetics & beauty. Her ability to leverage innovation to serve consumers better and grow businesses has defined her career.

Megan's areas of specialisation include data-driven decision making, consumer knowledge, and digital transformation. She believes these are transferable to almost any industry, and she enjoys educating on these topics.

Most importantly, however, she believes that harmony in professional and personal life is critical to success, and thus invests as much time as possible in her family (3-year old daughter Leonie), hobbies (running, classical music, and languages) and friendships.

Minesh Patel

Minesh graduated with honours from Barts & the London school of Medicine & Dentistry in 2009. He went on to complete a Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry in 2013 from Kings College London and was awarded Best Young Dentist in 2016. He also completed a 1 year post graduate course on the placement and restoration of dental implants and has completed a 1 year PGC in Periodontology.

He now returns to Kings College London to actively teach on the Aesthetics Masters program. Minesh is the creator and teacher of innovative and highly popular “f:ocus” dental photography training course, teaching dentists not only how to implement an excellent standard of photography but also how to use it to fuel career development, passion as well as improve clinical outcomes, communication and presentation. Dr Shivani Patel

Shivani has been trained as a consultant orthodontist. Working from the well reputed e11even Dental, London and Blandy House in Henley, she enjoys treatment planning patients requiring multidisciplinary care centred around orthodontics.

She is a big believer in face driven dentistry and always strives to work closely with her hand picked periodontal, restorative and oral surgery teams to ensure her patients attain the highest standard of dental wellness- function and aesthetics.

She is a multi award winning specialist (Aesthetic and Private Dental Awards 2011-2020), Diamond Apex Invisalign provider and named in the Dentistry Top 50,2022 UK.

Set aside her clinical commitments she will often be seen lecturing on FMC organised Dentistry conferences and also a keen editor and contributor to the Clinical Dentistry, Private Dentistry and Dentistry magazines.

With her love of teaching and interest in the future growth of the profession, Shivani lectures to orthodontic postgraduates, orthodontic therapists at UCLAN and GKT and she examines for the Royal College of Surgeons. She is also honoured to be on the interview panel for the GKT Dental Institute and is now an integral part of the judging panel for the Private Dentistry Awards, UK.

Her continued love for learning, teaching and personal growth leads her to believe in –‘We are not what we know but what we are willing to learn.’
